you feel less anxious? Did you feel full faster? Was it easier for you to be
calm when eating?

share at Christmas dinner:
When
you sit down to eat (and with every dish served at the table) try to close your
eyes with every bite.
If you want to do
it more interesting and you are eating with someone, you can blindfold each
other.
